Shangri-La Resort Monkey Island, Monkey Island

Shangri-La Resort is a beautiful spot for a getaway, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, particularly the pool area which is a highlight for families. While I enjoyed the spacious and modern suites, I did encounter some noise issues from neighboring rooms, which was not ideal. The dining options were quite good overall, especially at Doc's, although I felt the drink prices at Eddy's could be more competitive.

My stay at the Shangri-La Resort offered a beautiful getaway with plenty to do, especially the impressive pool area. Our stay at Shangri-La was unforgettable, highlighted by the incredible support from the staff when our son had an accident. The pool area was gorgeous, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We enjoyed dining there, especially appreciating the tasty appetizers at the bar. The overall atmosphere was very inviting, making it a great experience for families. However, the restaurant seemed a bit short-staffed, leading to some delays in service during peak hours.
